Paper with prawn curry

This is a very light & colorful and yum you can try for lunch, dinner with some juice smell and yum flavors. All you can cooked within one pan.

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 large onion, finely chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 red chili (adjust to taste), finely chopped
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tsp ground coriander
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 400g passata (or tinned tomatoes)
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 400ml coconut milk
    • 400g cooked prawns
  • Method:
    1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and chili until softened.
    2. Add cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Stir well.
    3. Pour in passata (or tinned tomatoes) and simmer for 10 minutes.
    4. Add garam masala, coconut milk, and prawns. Cook for a couple of minutes until prawns are hot and the sauce is bubbling gently.
    5. Serve with basmati rice or naans. 🍛
